Scot is a partner in the Transportation and Travel practice and is based in Chicago. He leads the Customer Management & Pricing horizontal for the firm's Manufacturing, Transportation, and Energy business unit. He has worked with some of the leading airlines, hotel companies, rental car companies, railroads, and travel distributors around the world. He began his consulting career in 1989 and serves on the Board of Advisors for the Professional Pricing Society.
